Healing through Mindfulness & Movement

I'm Ramona Ott, model and mom, I spend a lot of time focusing on my body and inner center. Since the birth of my daughter in 2015 I have noticed that my body was no longer in harmony and balance. I have started first with gentle meditative Yoga, because unfortunately I also had a herniated disc during this time. To support my healing process I simultaneously started doing rehab sports, Pilates and yoga exercises. Since then Yoga has been the best healing method for me, that works on both body and mind. Today I regularly practice power yoga in the gym, as well as in nature when traveling and in my free time.
My favourite yoga element is Sun Salutation, I also love Ashtanga Yoga, Hatha Yoga, full body stretching and Iyengar Yoga.
