  1. What are your strengths (if you are unsure you can first move to question 2)?

  2. What are your weaknesses?

  3. What gives you the most joy?

  4. Which activities bring you into a flow state?

  5. What self-healing tools do you use?

  6. How do you want to be perceived?

Taking the time to reflect on these questions and identify your strengths and weaknesses can be a powerful tool for personal growth and self-discovery. It's important to approach this process with a non-judgmental attitude and be willing to explore all aspects of yourself, even the ones that may be uncomfortable or challenging to acknowledge. As you gain a deeper understanding of your strengths and weaknesses, you can begin to cultivate a sense of purpose and direction in your life, and use your strengths to help you overcome obstacles and achieve your goals.
